I have been a recipient of therapeutic massage for decades. Massage used to be a luxury; now it is a necessity. I try to get a massage every two weeks -- more often when I'm overseas and the the cost is much lower. I prefer Thai massage because of the incorporation of stretching. I don't have much experience giving massages but the idea of massage exchange has possibilities.
