I have training in First Aid /CPR . Currently/Previously interested in pursuing a career in Personal Fitness training.
Have had Medically related courses in Anatomy and Biology, and self-study of herbal medicine,
nutrition and alternative health modalities and regularly read and study these subjects.
I am Physically Active and Involved active in my Gym fitness Self-Training.
Physically toned and fit but not overly muscular.
I Receive Massage somewhat regularly (about 1 hour every other month) for relaxation,
stress relief and to deal with occasional muscle strain and pain.
I have massage guide books and am interested in learning / practicing but lack a partner.
