I have no formal training in massage but have received many massages over the years by both qualified and experienced people. I understand the technique and have developed my own based on both academic and practical studies, my first degree was in physiology. I believe massage can be a great way of both developing strength as the giver and relaxation coupled with vast therapeutic benefits, physical fitness and improvement in mental agility, as the receiver.
