Hello!
I have been getting massages since I was 15 years old. I find it deeply relaxing and a great way to reward my body for its hard work. I typically get massages monthly in conjunction with my workout routine which includes free weights and yoga.
I’m looking to learn more about massage therapy and refine my own amateur skills by getting in contact with professionals to learn the “correct” way to practice, and tips on how I can continue to use Massage as an instrument to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
