Ex girlfriend had painfully tight muscles in upper back, shoulders, and neck. Even after we separated, when the pain was bad, she called me to massage it out.😊 Her comments were that my hands are strong and intuitive, while at the same time, gentle. Personally, I just paid attention to where she had pain and tried to feel the difference in muscle tension in those areas. Then, I used slow steady pressure to stretch the muscles. Feels good to relieve someone's pain. Should have been a doctor!😆
