I like Swedish massage with medium to firm pressure…a strong slow flow. I generally have tension in my neck, shoulders and back. I also love scalp and foot massage. I prefer a generous amount of massage oil for a good glide.
The best massage move I ever experienced was a Lomi Lomi technique where the masseur gracefully snaked his forearm down one full side of my body at just the right pressure. Ooooh, that was nice.
