I am a middle aged guy who likes to stay in shape because of the health benefits, however, there is a down side, which is sore and tense muscles. I am sure work has something to do with this as well.
Although I am not a trained therapist, I know all the muscle groups, since I am in healthcare (area involves the neuromuscular system) Always willing to learn a new technique. Do not have a table, but would like to think about getting one.
