I have no massage training and have not yet had a professional massage. I am looking for instructional videos online, etc.
I have a great deal of tension in the neck and between the shoulders and some lower back pain as well as nervous energy and difficulty in sitting still which are aggravated by sitting a lot and not getting enough exercise.
Besides white females, if they are interested, I am open to select white males who are not dominant or aggressive and, preferably clean cut with no facial hair. Yes this is the therapeutic section but I am not gay and too much "masculinity" puts me off.
