For a long time I have thought it would be great if people could just get together and swap massages! Wouldn't that be a great, in some ways really basic, thing we could do for each other? So I was pretty excited to actually find this site. I love receiving massages, and it seems like having more of them would really help with the tension I tend to carry around with me. I also enjoy giving relaxing, freeing massage to people who appreciate it. While I don't have a CMT license yet, I have been mentored the past few years by massage therapists, Rolfers, and other medical professionals who have told me that I need to get it there and do it! I have been giving massages for close to ten years. I am very intuitive as a therapist and bodyworker, knowing how and where to give treatments, particularly when it comes to releasing tension/chaos energy. I am always seeking to learn new things, and continue to learn techniques from books, the internet, etc., as well as those I receive massage from. I have been interested in health and people-helping in general since I was a kid.
