Hello i've been interested in massage for many years now and thoroughly enjoy both giving and receiving. I do not pretend to be proffesionally trained, although I would like to be but unfortunately I have never found a massage course at college that suits my working pattern. I learned what I do know by remembering how i've been massaged - yes I sometimes treat myself, and applying it through trial and error with my partners or willing friends. I am told now that I can give a lovely relaxing massage from head to toe, I would like it if I could learn a lot more from someone as I am tempted to try these online learning courses but can't help thinking it needs to be more hands on lol. As for types of massage - well I didn't know there were so many till I filled this profile out, lots to learn so any help greatly appreciated ! In my favour i'm told I have very strong but sensitive hands - that would fit as I have a very physical job in engineering, one friend reckons I have a healing touch - she's probably just being polite lol. I really do find massaging others very relaxing and fulfilling and I would love to talk with anyone about massage and how to get better at it or if anyone is interested in learning together.
