Maybe the best things in life Are free. The benefits of a massage on the body are one thing but the benefits that also occur in the mind are equal. Over the hill? Not yet, and i won't go. I am striving to get in shape, get myself reasonably looking good and healthy. I am HWP but, If your desire is to exchange with someone who is only buff and the same as you, i am not your guy. What your appearance and state of fitness is does not matter to me. I am not defined by my body and my body does not define me. Everyone except the self centered is a person separate from their bodies. Don't we all deserve to be judged for our personalities and abilities? The sincere person does not have a shopping list of body attributes required for a swap, that kind of thing to me shows a judgemental egotist.
