I have big strong hands and I understand the need to have the right pressure. So I am good at getting it right. I will be asking "How do you like it?" and "How does that feel?" and "Am I doing that hard enough?" I will need your help getting it right. JonAs a former college athlete (basketball) I dealt with the usual aches and pains, but also had some significant injuries. Massage was often a part of my rehabilitation. so a natural next step for me was to get certified. Today I enjoy bringing relief and well being through a combination of yoga stretching and massage. Lately I have focused on getting the subject to actively bring themselves to relax.
