A therapeutic massage to me is locating those tight muscle groups and slowly getting them to release. In those areas I tend to use a combination acupressure, deep tissue, and swedish techniques to break-up what I call road bumps. In our profession I see lots of tightness in the c4-5, t1-8, and l4-5 areas in particular. Draping is normally expected but not required.....
