I like to stay loose and prevent injury. I have been a competitive bodybuilder in the past as well as a personal trainer and nutritionist. I have been getting massages for the last 20 years to keep my muscles flexible. Unfortunately, I still sustained some injuries but have found that regular massage helps them from getting worse. I would like to show others the benefit of releasing the tension in the body and maybe offer some free training and nutrition advice.
