Born in California, but grew up in Chicago. I am the oldest of twelve children. In the last 67 years I have lived in the Bronx, St. Louis, Detroit, Rome, Italy, and Co. Tyrone, Northern Ireland, Dublin, Eire and, of course, Chicago. I have traveled extensively throughout Europe, South America, Mexico and Africa. Also been Thailand, Korea and Japan and Australia. Sydney, Australia, Cape Town, South Africa and Paris, France and Rome, Italy are some of my favorite cities. Travel has enriched my life and taught me to respect differences in people.
