Fully trained and formally qualified in Swedish Body Massage, have own massage table, oils etc. I normally use light non-scented oil but will use any oil or lotion of your preference. Sports massage covered if required, I am self-taught (with the guidance of a professional sports masseur) in this aspect of the discipline. Also qualified in Clinical Hypnosis which I practise separately; the two can be combined for relaxation purposes if required. I am a former racing cyclist and track athlete; my interest in massage originated from my positive experiences as a client for therapeutic sports massage. Retired from competitive sport but massage and stretching has always kept me in much better shape than I would be otherwise; I believe the same can work for everyone.
