After years of numerous sporting activities I sought a natural (as I don't indulge in drugs or pills) way to alleviate the various aches and pains that began to build up and happily discovered massage which for me works like a charm. Initially I studied on my own and then learned from and traded with a very nice Massage Therapist for 2 years(she said I had magic hands). It is now one of my favorite activities and enjoy sharing it with friends.
