I firmly believe touch is our most underused of our five senses, and least appreciated, even though at birth, the most important. Over time, as I, finally, have become more comfortable with my body, I have enjoyed Swedish, Esalen, Lomi Lomi (heavenly!!), hot stone (not so hot :-))and deep tissue, (ouch!). Being the giver or receiver of that ultimate relaxation is what I am seeking. My ideal other would range from open, like minded enthusiast to experienced professional who would teach and enjoy the teaching expressed on themselves.
