More About Me
I've been involved officially in massage about eight years but have had experience with it as a coach for longer than that. I'm interested in weight training and have actually competed a few times. I checked the muscular box but am not ripped. Would have preferred an athletic build box but there wasn't any. I like to give and receive massage. The therapists I work with aren't always interested or are too busy. I need massage but I feel with as many therapists I know I should be able to exchange rather than pay for my massages. My specialty is in trigger point therapy and NMT but also give a great relaxation massage. I'm always interested in new techniques and different variations other therapists use.
