I'm not trained/qualified, but picked up many tips when I had frequent professional massages for a back problem I had some years ago. Despite this, I strive to give the best massage I can and I'm always interested in improving my technique through practise and guidance from someone prepared to pass on knowledge. I attend a local gym regularly to keep fit, and enjoy long walks up on the local moors - if anyone is interested, I'd welcome a walking buddy.
