My only massage training I have is from giving massage to friends and my girlfriend. I like to learn from books and have several on physiotherapy and other alternative therapies I'm interested in. I've had many types of massage and osteopathy sessions myself, both here and abroad so i feel i have a wide experience myself and I know the drill; I know about the different muscles of the body, identifying knots and kneading them out. I have a physical job and enjoy going to the gym regularly. When I over-do things at the gym or have a week off work my muscles tense up and the only way to sort them out is with deep tissue massage.
Deep tissue sports massage is what I prefer to give and receive and I'm told i'm good due to my strong, tireless hands (!) I am very easy-going guy and strive to help other people. I often think of changing my career to one in physiotherapy.
