I am good at massage. I have learned pressure points and am sensitive to where the tension lies. I studied anatomy extensively and my boyfriend was trained so I learned technique from him as well. I also practice yoga and find a slow and deep stroke, aligned with breath-work creates the perfect pace for massage. Especially if both partners breathe deeply into the strokes.
