I enjoy giving and receiving massage I have done a course in massage although I don't have any formal qualifications
I enjoy the opportunity to receive a massage when I am very stressed, after physical exercise or after doing very strenuous physical labour indoors or in the garden.
One of the many rewards of massage is to see the person get up from the table feeling relaxed and relieved from the tension and pain they were experiencing prior to coming for a massage
Massage offers relief from the tension in my neck and shoulders from sitting for long hours in the front of a computer
