I have a neck issue involving soft tissue tension that needs regular massages. I am muscular from the waist down and lean from the waist up. Also, I have a full head of hair, am clean shaven facially, and have little body hair elsewhere. I have had massages for many years but am a novice at giving them, but I know what works to relieve stress and pain, along with making one relaxed. I know all about trigger points, since I have found working them over helps me greatly.
