Our family's hard work ethic demanded that we self teach ourselves how to break down knots and stretch muscle fibers.
I have developed my own style. I tend to pin point tense areas and use a variety of techniques from finger walks, forearm peels, elbow wiggles, and all my friends with low back pain and tailbone aches love my thumb/palm coccyx work. In general, I enjoy making people feel better through the relief of pain and stress.
