I have much experience in giving and receiving massage. I think it brings great health benefits and I can focus on specific areas if needed. I can do foot, head or full body massage. I am completely self taught and comfortable with soft or hard techniques. Any massage that lasts less than an hour is a not worth it! Exploring silence and having different types of music is really worthwhile as is using different types of oils to either relax or invigorate. I can accommodate if required. I am a well educated, white male, that is in good condition for someone who has turned 50 years young!
