Thanks for checking out my profile.
I'm a work out enthusiast 6 days a week doing strength training and cardio for several years. My original trainer got me to try deep tissue massage therapy to work out the soreness and help me recover. I spent the last several years with many different therapist receiving massages and learning they techniques along the way.
I want to continue receiving massages and return them in exchange with other enthusiasts.
I have also been perfecting my own techniques and would like to get some feed back on how they can be improved.
