Medically discharged from the military and suffering with lower back pain and movement as well as upper body pain and problems. Not getting much help through the normal medical channels and have had physio and attended back classes etc but then just discharged with no improvement.
I am hoping to receive regular massage in order to try and relieve some of the pain and movement issues and compliment my exercise and own routine.
I also have a love for massage and am looking to continue learning and gaining more experience and look to enrol in bodywork courses. I would like to meet new people for mutual massage.
