I am an athlete who does marathons, triathlons, etc as well as a fitness instructor teaching Zumba, Spinning, and pilates. I enjoy any type of massage, but am particular to deep tissue and sports massage. I've had many students practice on me and would love to be a practice body! As a disclaimer, I do have multiple knots that can be a challenge to work out, yet great practice for students or those who enjoy the challenge of helping work on knots and trigger points! I can give quality, honest feedback to students to help you improve your technique. Open to all forms of massage, and also other modalities such as acupuncture, acupressure, aromatherapy, etc. Please contact me if you are looking to give a massage or need a practice body for massage, acupuncture, or any other technique!
