I was once young and fit. I'll never be young again. Sat at a desk all day was not a good way to stay fit. Since retiring I have regained an awful lot of muscle tone. I wouldn't expect therapeutic massage to instantly make me feel fit but I'd like to think it will make me feel better within myself. I have no professional experience of giving massage, but whenever I have been asked, the results have always been warmly praised. I would dearly love to be able to further practise those skills and shall welcome any opportunity.
