I am not formally trained in massages. I have been learning by trying various massage and rub methods on friends and family over the last 8 years or so. I have read and I am still reading books and articles on anatomy and physiology to learn of skeleton and muscle systems.
I enjoy both giving massages and receiving massages. Even though I have not taken formal classes in giving massages, I have picked up methods and technique by trying, and catch-as-catch can. I am quite willing to learn from armatures and experienced folks who would like to exchange massages.
