Prefer very strong deep tissue massage mostly using hands.
Massage is an essential necessity in my life and should be in everyone's life....it is the best way to release all toxins from my body and put myself into a state of complete relaxation. I workout daily very hard -cardio, weights and abs and regular massage is critical to help my muscles stay loose. I have been getting massages regularly since I was a kid and I have found that it is the best holistic medicine for your body and mind. Growing up, we always exchanged massages at home with family members. I know that I am a very competent massage giver.
