I am an athletic and active male who knows the value and therapeutic need for massage therapy. I have a medical background and understand the physiology and therapeutic benefits of massage. Also as an active male who is used to exercise I have my history of injuries that have required massage as part of their therapeutic regimen.
Massage is also an excellent relaxation technique is in this hectic get it done yesterday world we all need a little help bringing us back to where we can function on a more grounded emotional level.
