As I've gotten more into fitness, I've developed more of an appreciation for the human body. I have some minor injuries, and my flexibility is limited. I'd like to learn more about improving similar problems in others. I especially like the stretching associated with Thai massage. I've considered getting formal training, but as I don't plan to use it professionally it's hard to justify the cost.
