Experienced with partner massage, mostly informal. Have had professional massages & learned from them also. Have read, studied, & practiced, but not formally. (And Abraham Lincoln was self-taught also - haha.) Interested in learning as much as possible. Interest in swedish (of course), esalen, ayurvedic massage. I am a professional and my typical work day requires a lot of sitting. But I exercise pretty hard every day also (running, biking, etc.). Massage is important for muscle recovery, great for relaxation and well-being. Would like to share that with someone and save the money too.
