I have always enjoyed both giving and receiving all types of massage. I appreciate the quality recuperative effects a good massage can stimulate within the body. I have practised Swedish Therapeutic massage, sports massage, deep tissue and I have also received and practiced Shiatsu both as a restorative aid as well as helping relaxation and stress relief. I am interested in helping others by offering a good quality relaxing massage to relieve stress and tension I am happy to receive but it is not essential.
