I'm a computer programmer that works too much (well, maybe not "works too much", but certainly sits at the computer enough)..
It's hell on my lower back, shoulders, wrists, fingers..
I also love to rock climb and have been it awhile, but due to work, climb sporadically, and hard, so I often have creaks, aches, pains, spasms, whatever, circulating in one part of my body or another.
While I have no training in massage, I have studied a fair amount of anatomy and have really paid attention to how MTs give me massage.. So, I am happy to give and receive, or simply receive a massage :)
