More About Me
Two objectives: 1) get regular, good massages by exchanging with another fairly skilled practitioner, and 2) learn more about massage.
I've taken some basic massage classes, so know some basic principles and some strokes but also have a good, intuitive touch. Have also given and received foot massages, so know a little about reflexology.
Very interested in doing some two-person stretching exercises on a regular basis.
Exercise regimen includes daily pushups and lots of stretching. Would really, really love to have someone massage my arms, legs, back, neck, buttocks, and abdomen WHILE stretching. That would be awesome.
Take frequent long brisk walks, so I'm in pretty good shape. Would classify myself as "intermediate/maybe semi-advanced" on the fitness scale . . . and now want to move up a few rungs on the fitness/relaxation/happiness ladder.
