Hi, my names Sean, I'm 20 and from Nuneaton. I'm a Maintenance Engineer in Atherstone, my job involves a lot of changing machine parts which most the time are pretty heavy so i try and keep my upper body strength up lifting weights a few times a week. Until last year i played football every week in a sunday league but had to stop due to my shifts at work changing. I try to get to the gym 2 or 3 times a week, but these last few months that's been neglected and I've added a few pounds, i wouldn't say im fat but im larger than i want to be. In the past 4 years i've been in a sunday football team, a rugby team, a member of the local kayaking and canoeing club and a part time tennis trainer. Ive always loved massages, from the immediate feeling of relief when being given one, to the satisfaction of knowing im helping someone be relieved whilst giving one. I cant say if im that good or not as i've had mixed opinions but im hoping on here someone can improve my techniques and show me how to give people the best experience.
