Hi, I love giving massages and really enjoy the satisfaction of helping the other person feel more relaxed through massage by relieving areas of tension. I keep healthy and active and I enjoy applying the same focus to massage as I did to martial arts, which I practiced for 12 years before family life took over. I recently completed a level 3 diploma in body massage, which is mainly Swedish massage and incorporating a little Indian head massage. This includes firm but gentle gliding strokes and gentle percussive techniques to relax the body, boost circulation and encourage removal of toxins, joint mobilisation and stretching to help flexibility, and muscle isolation to help the body reactivate its own healing processes. I have a healthy lifestyle and like to keep fit by rowing and playing table tennis. I have a professional table and am mobile so am happy to come to you if you are reasonably local. I have a busy family life so apologies if I don't reply right away. I look forward to hearing from you to arrange a massage.
