More About Me

Hello ~ I'm a full-time musician/teacher/composer/author/poet with a solid spiritual practice & am 'well-therapized'. I'm also a gifted and intuitive bodyworker (mostly in deep tissue and some Trager) and know how to use the breath to get great results. I enjoy giving massage as much as receiving it, and appreciate getting feedback on what particular areas, speed, & pressure works best. Respecting boundaries is a given. I generally don't work with oil, but if that's important I'm sure something can be worked out. I currently don't own a table, but can easily work on you sitting and/or lying down. Afternoons and evenings work best, as I'm not really a morning person. Physically, I'm 5'8", 140lb., and workout regularly.
