I receive deep tissue massage and do yoga, stretching, and self massage pretty regularly to deal with tight muscles from working out. While I'm not formally trained to perform deep tissue massage, friends tell me I'm good at working out the knots in their backs. I really enjoy both giving and receiving massage no matter the level of pressure -- from strong and targeted to relaxing and restorative.
