As far as recieving a massage, I work a very high stress level job, on my feet, constantly moving, 12hrs a day 5 days a week. In order to keep my sanity, I need my unwind time, hobbies and activities, one of which is a nice massage that breaks the knots in my body and mind. As for giving massages, I studied sports therapy in college, know the muscles very well and have very strong and deliberate hands.
