I am a former athlete so I know many of the trigger points and am familiar with many stretching techniques as well as massage techniques. I very much enjoy massage for relaxation as well as to heal the body from working out or from stress due to work.
I play intramural sports, football, baseball. I like to bowl as a hobby as a hobby as well. I am also like to discuss healthy eating and cooking.
I am a Medical Device Sales Professional. I very much like to receive massages as well as receive them.
