I mostly carry my stress in my neck and shoulders. I do really enjoy a full body massage though. :) I really don't like people that feel they need to make you hurt to work out the knots. That's simply not true! I had a really bad experience with an RMT that worked in my chiropractor's office in Pickering - she thought it was appropriate to cause deep tissue damage using her elbows, causing massive trauma to my lower back and tissue around my hips. If you're like that we won't get along.
