More About Me
I'm an exercise and sports enthusiast who loves the outdoors. As a result of a highly active lifestyle, I do usually benefit most by deep tissue/sports massage... but all massage is good :) I do have interest in chiropractic techniques, acupuncture and reiki as well but massage has been the most helpful so far. I also have pretty strong hands and can usually find those knots in the muscles as well. I'm brand new to this site so hopefully can exchange some massage here.
