An avid weightlifter(average 12 times/week), long ago mastered therapeutic techniques such as myofascial releale and positioning for rapid natural relief of muscle pains. Have detailed knowledge of human muscle anatomy. Have multiple certifications from United States Sports Academy(including Level 3 Bodybuilding certification) and studied subjects like ergogenic aids, sport nutrition, sport psychology, injury management, biomechanics, physiology and anatomy. Have traveled to 25 countries over last 20 years and experienced massage techniques for treating physical and emotional stress as well as specific health conditions like influenza. Have often provided massage and manipulation of tendons and ligaments to friends that are serious strength trainers who have suffered injuries or overtrained. See massage as natural alternative to drugs and surgery and as best method for recovery form anaeobic exercise and improvement of physical performance. Work as international consultant as professional colorist, mostly for apparel.
