My job and daily life both contribute to muscular stresses and strains. I am currently alternating chiropractic and acupuncture appointments every week, and my acupuncture therapist sometimes does a brief back massage to work on specific pain points. In addition, I have recently started visiting a professional massage therapist which has been wonderful but expensive. Many many years ago I took a massage class and would love to relearn and expand my skills. Finally, I purchased a "BackBall" massage tool for self massage, which helps, but falls short of human touch. I would love to exchange massages with someone to our mutual benefit and enjoyment.
