I am interested in getting better at massages. So far, I have practice on friends and my girlfriend, but it is probably easier with like-minded people and there are so many friends you can practice comfortably with. Specifically, I would like to master the rhythms of my hands. Too fast and it becomes annoying, too slow and it does not do much. There is a right window for optimal relaxing and soothing I reckon. For that I would need feedback and able to discuss with experienced individuals. I would also like to learn more about deep tissue massage and get help about finding the right place for best effect. Happy to let other practice on me, and learn from each other. I don’t have a table, and so far I have used my sofa, which is large and allows me to sit on the side. This is not optimal, but I cannot think of a better option. Any advice welcome. I might have to buy a table! If you have a table, it would be ideal. I do have photos, but I keep them private as I don’t want my colleagues to find out about this. Happy to share photos of course. Cheers Paul.
