I have fibromyalgia and massage is the only thing that really helps...but...it's short lived relief! I can't afford to pay for a massage every week, so a friend told me about this site. My problem areas are tops of shoulders, hips, thighs and upper chest. I prefer a rather deep massage, instead of light touch. It seems to break up the adhesions better. I own a graphic design business and an online spice store plus I teach mixed media art classes. I keep pretty busy and try to not let my body pain encumber me from living life. I'm a pretty up beat person most of the time. Looking forward to meeting someone to help keep my spirits up! lol
